We collect and utilize your information to provide a range of profiles that may align with Clients' requests and to enhance our services. Specifically, we use your Personal Data, if applicable, to:
- Prevent fraud, spam, and other illegal or potentially fraudulent activities;
- Improve and optimize our services, as well as the security of Applicants and/or Clients;
- Enhance our services, maintain product quality, and protect our users;

- Third-party providers who support our operations, particularly in data storage or fraud detection.
3. How long do we store your information ?
Progressio retains your personal data for as long as it is needed for delivering our services or until you request its deletion. Additionally, certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations. If you wish to delete your personal data, you must submit a deletion request via email.
4. Entities responsible for your data
In accordance with this privacy policy, Progressio is responsible for processing all Personal Data, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate agreement.
5. Information you provide
We collect data about you when you submit a resume, complete an Evaluation, or provide any other information on our 1Colleague4you.ca website. This data may include, but is not limited to, your first and last name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), postal address, gender, job, interests, any other data contained in a profile or resume sent via our 1Colleague4you.ca. This includes applications and responses to pre-selection questions submitted to Progressio, as well as the answers you provide to any questionnaires sent to you. This information may be associated with your profile.
If you are a Client, we may request certain information to verify your account. This may include your extrait K-Bis (a French company registration document), your professional license, or a service invoice, and the name and email address of one of your representatives. This information will be used solely for internal purposes, subject to any requests from law enforcement or a court order.
6. Legal bases for collecting personal data
Progressio collects and processes your Personal Data under various legal grounds, depending on the nature of the Personal Data provided and the type of processing involved.
– Performance of a contract
Progressio processes certain Personal Data to fulfill the contract that binds you to Progressio or when taking steps to enter into a contract with the Client.
– Legitimate interest
Secondly, Progressio also processes Personal Data for purposes related to the legitimate interests of Progressio or a Client.
– Compliance with a legal obligation
Thirdly, certain processing activities are required for Progressio to comply with legal obligations. For example, Progressio must retain business documents for specific periods of time to meet local legal requirements.
– Consent
Finally, in specific situations, Progressio requires your consent to process your Personal Data. Consent will be requested at the time the data is provided, and processing will only occur after obtaining this consent.

Agreement Terms
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, and unless otherwise stipulated, the terms and expressions appearing with capital letters in the preamble, articles, paragraphs, and subparagraphs of this Agreement have the meanings given to them below:
« Agreement » refers to this Privacy Policy.
« Collected Information » refers to:
- Information you provide through our 1Colleague4you.ca website, including contact details, resume, and location;
- Information provided when applying for job offers;
- Mandatory information provided by Clients for verification purposes.
"Confidential Information" refers to all information related to the Client and/or the Applicant ("one of the Parties") received by Progressio or to which Progressio has direct or indirect access, regardless of the form, format, or medium, including information obtained from representatives of the Client and/or the Applicant directly, orally or by other transient means, unless expressly indicated otherwise by Progressio at the time of disclosure. Confidential Information includes, without limitation, the identity of the Applicant or Client; all business matters; all affairs and operations (past, present, future, contingent, or otherwise); all plans; negotiations; legal matters; regulatory matters; trade secrets; computer programs; mathematical formulas; theories; techniques; procedures; processes; strategies; systems; designs; the identity of and/or information on investors, partners, joint ventures, alliances, affiliates, clients, consultants, and advisors; development models and information; methods and sources; marketing and sales information; and all information received from third parties that Progressio is required to treat as confidential and/or proprietary.
Confidential Information does not include :
- Information generally known in the business community as a whole,
- Information that the Parties hold to be shared with others in a non-confidential manner,
- Information required by relevant administrative services upon request from public or governmental authorities and consequently subject to public scrutiny,
- Information that is already in possession of and known to the Parties, or independently developed by the Parties,
- Information required to be disclosed in accordance with the legal order of government institutions and/or the judiciary following a valid procedural act from judicial bodies, and only to the extent required.
"Personal Data" refers to any information that identifies you as an individual,
"Non-Personal Data" refers to any information that does not identify you as an individual.
""Mission" refers to making available to the Client, generally located abroad, various professional profiles collected from Applicants in Madagascar for outsourcing recurring activities in exchange for a salary.
2. Use of Confidential Information
Progressio will always abide to the relevant regulatory definitions to determine which data is personal and which is not for the purposes of this privacy policy. When this Privacy Policy uses the terms 'information' or 'your information,' these may include both Personal Data and Non-Personal Data.
The use of the 1Colleague4you.ca website is restricted to job seekers ("Applicants"). Additionally, where applicable, the 1Colleague4you.ca website may be accessible to individuals and/or companies seeking information about available profiles either on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties, including but not limited to agencies recruiting candidates for multiple parties ("Clients").
2.1 Progressio strictly prohibits the disclosure and/or communication of Confidential Information to any third party, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, through written, oral, electronic, or other means, for any reason or purpose.
2.2 Progressio commits to using Confidential Information solely in the course of performing the Mission, and not for any other purpose.
2.3 Progressio agrees to take all necessary measures to prevent any disclosure or use of Confidential Information that is contrary to the interests of one of the Parties.
2.4 From the effective date of the Agreement, Progressio shall not disclose or authorize the dissemination of Confidential Information to any third party, except:
(a) to its employees who need to know such information in preparation for the Mission; and
(b) to any other person for whom one of the Parties has provided written consent for the disclosure of Confidential Information.
2.5 Progressio shall not, under any circumstances, assert against any of the Parties the potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or contradictory nature of the Confidential Information that will be transmitted to it.
2.6 Progressio is not obligated to verify the authenticity and legality of documents provided by one of the Parties or the authenticity of signatures affixed to any documents. Therefore, Progressio shall not be held liable for any false or fraudulent actions by one of the Parties, including but not limited to declarations, information, documents, and signatures.
3. Limits
The provisions of Article 2 do not apply to Confidential Information that :
- is or becomes public other than as a result of a breach of this Agreement;
- was already known to Progressio at the time of disclosure; was obtained legally from a third party with the right to disclose it without breaching a confidentiality obligation;
- or must be disclosed for legal reasons or by order of a judicial or other competent authority, provided that such disclosure is limited to what is strictly necessary to meet such requirements.
4. Ownership of Confidential Information
All Confidential Information disclosed remains the property of the Disclosing Party (the "Disclosing Party").
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any ownership, license, or usage rights to the Confidential Information. The receiving Party shall not offer, market, use, license, sublicense, lease, sublease, sell, or otherwise make the Confidential Information available for any product or service using, incorporating, relying on, or based on such Confidential Information.
5. Return of Confidential Information
Upon request of the Disclosing Party, the receiving Party commits to returning or destroying all Confidential Information in its possession.
If the receiving Party has made copies of or extracted data from the Confidential Information in any form, the receiving Party commits to returning or destroying, as requested by the Disclosing Party, any such copies or data extracts.
6. Scope
The confidentiality commitments outlined above extend to any subsidiary, company, or person over which the receiving Party may exercise control, whether constantly or temporarily, or that are under common control.
7. Liability/Indemnification
The receiving Party acknowledges that non-compliance with the confidentiality obligations resulting from this Agreement could cause harm to the Disclosing Party. The receiving Party commits to indemnifying the Disclosing Party, its officers, and its affiliates for any harm resulting from the receiving Party's non-compliance with the confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.
8. Obligation of Means
Progressio commits to using its best efforts to protect the interests of the Disclosing Party. This commitment is explicitly recognized as obligation of means.
9. Duration/Effective Date
The Agreement is entered into upon acceptance by one of the Parties.
Progressio acknowledges its absolute and general obligation to uphold professional secrecy and to undertake the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding the identities, facts, studies, information, or decisions it encounters during the course of its mission.
10. Scope of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy pertains solely to the data collected by our 1Colleague4you.ca website. It does not extend to the collection or processing of other data, including but not limited to data collected offline or via websites, products, or services that do not explicitly link to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy will be referenced as necessary. Progressio reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
If you have applied for a job, please refer to the specific job offer for provisions pertaining to your case.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The terms of this Agreement are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Malagasy law.
Any disputes arising from or related to the execution and/or interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to amicable negotiations between the Parties.
Should these negotiations fail, any unresolved disputes or disagreements will be submitted to the jurisdictions of the courts in Antananarivo to which the parties submit.
12. Amendment
Please refer to the "last updated" date at the top of this page to determine when this Privacy Policy was last modified. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect on the "last updated" date specified. By continuing to use the 1Colleague4you.ca website or by providing us with information following such modifications, you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
13. Integrity of the Agreement
These provisions constitute an indivisible whole and cannot be executed in part.
